The customer service generated sales of around SEK 15 million in 2018 with its outsourcing and currently has 25 Swedish e-retailers as customers, including major players such as Adlibris, Boomwatches and Photowall. According to Peter himself, their biggest competitor is the e-commerce industry’s fear of outsourcing customer service.
