OnlineFactory have been awarded with the “SME of the Year 2019” at the Nordic Awards in the Philippines

The Nordic Awards is an event organized by the Nordic Chamber of Commerce (NordCham). NordCham has been working to strengthen the business relations between the Nordic countries and the Philippines. The judges at the event were the Ambassadors of the Nordic countries.
OnlineFactory is a BPO specialized in offshore outsourcing, with services such as customer support, content management and influencer marketing for Swedish e-commerce companies. OnlineFactory was awarded the SME of the Year for 2019 because of their incredible growth, with more than 100% increase for the last two years in both manpower and sales.
