In 2017, OnlineFactory started its own floorball team to participate in the National Philippine League. The team is called Orcas with the tagline “A little bit chubby but still kind of athletic.” Orcas are known to be intelligent and entertaining marine creatures but feared in the seas because of their cunning hunting skills.
In 2018, OnlineFactory started a Scholarship Program for a deserving high school student. The objective of the program is to find a talented and motivated student within the vicinity of the office. As part of the endeavor of the company, OnlineFactory would like to become part of the development of the student while they are in their secondary level of education.

In the midst of the Corona crisis, OnlineFactory is growing by 40% on an annual basis and hiring new staff week by week. OnlineFactory has had some customers who have lost some of their sales, but overall, customers are growing during the crisis and thus themselves too. New customers are also streaming in on an ongoing basis.
